Long time no see

Yah yah I know, it's been a looong frikken time since I last posted something on here.
But the thing is: I don't really know what to write.
And even more boring than a video with someone saying "I don't have a lot to tell you" as the opening line, is probably a blog post that basically deals with the same issue.
So therefore...
No post. Not really at least.
Except for... now.
But I still don't really have something to say, so... go watch my videos or something ; )
I'm pretty happy with my latest video, it got favorited soooo many times, and got tons of honors and whatnot. It's pretty overwhelming, tbh.

So yeah. That's pretty much it.
Here's the video, aaaaand see you soon I hope : )

[So I don't wanna stretch my description box for the video that much, but wanna write down those honors somewhere... here comes (as shown at 11/20, 3:30pm my time):

German YouTube, Spam for Love pt. III and Anti Chickenshit Club

You probably watched my last two videos about the launch of the German version of YT... Things have been a bit more crazy than usual since then, but hey, crazy = good in my world.
I'm not gonna go and start posting videos in German now. The main reason is that I simply don't feel comfortable talking to myself (i.e. the camera) in German. That might have something to do with the "melody" of the German language, because I simply hate my voice when I talk German, but I at least accept my voice when I speak English.
I know, that all sounds a bit weird and I don't know if I make this understandable... but oh well, language barrier taking over sometimes, what can I do ; )
The funny thing about the whole German YT is that now I get crazy honors on my videos right after posting them.
But anyways, new slogan "Embrace the honors" is working, and therefore I find it rather funny to be all over the honor lists on the German site.

And about the comments, and the Army:
I absolutely LOVE how things work out with only 5 or 6 people involved in the Army so far. But I thought about the fact that maybe... there might be some videos you don't want to be spammed all to the front page of the most discussed page.
So here's my idea: Every video you WANT to be spammed for LUV should contain a short and simple S4L in the description and/or tags.
That might be not necessary if you make a video that other people find awesome anyways, but to be sure about the whole thing, labelling it with S4L wouldn't hurt, right?
That's that.

The newest "thing" that came up while I was.. freaking out about the German YT and getting more exposure through that and the new honors and blah...
Here are some easy lines to remember whenever you feel like: "OH SHIT someone's gonna find me... my secret will no longer be kept.... what am I gonna do if YT collides with my real life??? AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!"
1. Embrace the honors.
2. Embrace the number of subscribers (no matter how creepy or weird some of them may be.)
3. If you feel like making a video... just GO FOR IT.
4. Even a negative comment is a comment.
5. Don't be such a chickenshit!!!
So talk about whatever you wanna talk about, be as silly as you want to be, the bigger your audience is, the better. And whoever has something negative to say about that.. F THEM!! You didn't force anyone to watch you, did you?
So join the Anti Chickenshit Club today... and live a happy life forever. Or something like that.

Yours tubingly, Kiwi

How?!

This is an article Ally sent me today:

A man who admitted having sex with a bicycle in a Scottish hotel has been placed on the sex offenders' register for breach of the peace.

Robert Stewart admitted to the crime Friday in Ayr Sheriff Court and is to be sentenced next month, Britain's Telegraph reported Saturday.

Stewart was discovered last October by two maids who entered to clean his room during a stay at the Aberley House Hostel in Ayr, Scotland.

The accused was holding the bike and moving his hips back and forth as if to simulate sex, a sheriff's spokesman told the court. The shocked witnesses told the hotel manager who told the police.

Stewart, according to the Telegraph, is not the first person convicted of sex with an inanimate object. In 1993, Kar Watkins, an electrician, was arrested for having sex with pavements in Redditch, England.

So now I'm wondering: with a bicycle?? HOW?!!! With pavement?!!!! HOW!?!?!?!?!!!

Ok, so maybe I don't even wanna know.

Watch out for a HALLOWEEN EXTRAVAGANZA

Yes, I said it.
This Halloween, even the Germans celebrate. Or at least... me. On video.

I'll be in a superduper scary spooky creepy AWESOME video collaboration, made by fallofautumndistro!

Here's a little teaser of what's coming up:

Watch out for the video tomorrow, October 30th!! Plus a little surprise on my channel as well : )

Thursday, October 25, 2007

Oh really?

Between studying, freezing and watching AWESOME response videos to my contest, me and Ben are currently in the "making" of a shop... I mean... "in the making" sounds pretty weird, but let's say it that way:
There are things that need to be done first before there actually might be the chance of opening a shop.
What kinda shop you ask? Uhm. Mechandise stuff. Clothes. Stuff! However you wanna call it, I think it would be fun.
But like I said, it's all still very under construction, more details should come soon though : )

Back to Chinese now. See ya!

Cold. And contest.

Wow! It's seriously winter now. On friday it started to snow in Munich, just when I was about to leave to go see my dad over the weekend. And at his place it didn't stop snowing until sunday. The picture below is from saturday, and I totally forgot to take a picture on sunday, but you can probably guess how white everything was by then. We have an average temperature of 0°C-3°C max., and I am freezing my butt off!! I mean, I'm a huuuuuge fan of winter and snow, but seriously now, it's a little bit early for that, don't you think? Also, I need a new winter coat because my old one is too large now... and I don't have money to buy one. Damnit. So I guess it's gonna be freezing me for the next couple of weeks.

At least I got a hat now that can keep me warm ; )
Besides that: college is great, I'm absolutely in LOVE with Chinese, and my teacher is the cutest little old guy ever!! I studied a friggin lot over the weekend, and I still like it. Now that's something, eh?
Funny thing: I was talking to one of the girls in my class today (we already kinda became friends.. after not even a week or so. Wow I totally rule at being social, don't I?) and we talked about where exactly we live in Munich. And guess what? We're kinda neighbors. Munich is such a village LOL

Okok, now a little YT update:
The contest video is out! Deadline to participate will be next friday, October 26th. Everything you need to know (rules etc.) is explained in the video, so watch it, participate, have fun!

In other news: I just noticed today (or my yesterday) - October 22nd - is my some sort of one year anniversary. Well not really, I just signed up that day and I can't even remember why, since I didn't start watching videos on a regular basis with subscribing and whatnot until March, and then posted the first real YT video on March 30th... But anyways. One year. Hm!

Hope y'all had a great weekend!

Contest coming up!!

Wowza, that's right: on next Monday, 10/22, I will start a small contest on YouTube. There will be an actual prize you can win, and I'm not gonna give away that much information yet, but all you have to do to participate will be a video response.

For now, that's all I'm gonna tell you. Isn't that exciting? I know, right?
I'll be going home to my dad's in a few hours and be back sometime on Sunday. So enough to figure out the exact rules of the contest and blah.
Yes, I am a very organized person, as you can probably tell. LOL

Have a great weekend everyone, I'll see you guys on Sunday!

All new and shtuff.

College started on tuesday, so if you notice a lack of new videos... bear with me here, I have all new classes and right now I'm still organizing the whole thing to get a regular schedule and whatnot.
So until I'm all settled in the new "real life" situation, I'll be watching and hopefully making another video soon.
From what I can tell you about college right now:
It's going pretty good. More in a vlog... maybe tonight. We'll see : )

I don't get them.

Knock-knock jokes. Who in the world could possibly invent something that un-funny as knock-knock jokes and call them jokes?
Not funny. No no.
The new episode of "Talking to myself" was inspired by a little chat I had with Ben, where I asked him if he could explain to me what's so funny about knock-knock jokes.
(He couldn't answer that btw^^)

So, here's "Joke Barrier":

Episode 2 (A boring day) is here:

(I'm not gonna post Episode 1 here, because I just think it's stupid. And boring. And not that well edited.)

Anyways! Hope you like it ; )

Have a great weekend, Kiwi

PS: College starts on monday O_o

Thursday, October 11, 2007

Oh!

I just noticed... in my part of the world it's already the 11th, so my birthday's coming up in exactly three months!! Woohooo!!

Haha and to share that awesome fact with y'all, here's a random picture of me when I was 17 : )I know, I know, awful picture.. but hey, I got pink hair AND a crown. Pretty hard to top that!

: )

So!! (I just notice, I kinda start every new entry with a "So"..)
I wrote my English test on monday. My first multiple choice test ever, and it was a long long test, pretty difficult at times, and from what I've seen around me, not everyone even finished it on time.

The test was separated into three parts:
1. Listening comprehension
2. Grammar/structure
3. Text comprehension/Vocabulary

Listening comprehension was the easiest part, except for the last couple of questions, where you had to listen to a whole conversation and then answer about five or six questions about it (and I'm not so good at concentrating for a longer time like that). But I guess it went well^^

When I was still in school I always hated grammar and structure (and I still do). Basically because I have no idea about it, I just use it the way it "feels right". So far, that also went pretty well (in school and apparently, also in this particular test).

Text comprehension never really was a problem for me. But in this test we had to read six short texts and then answer five to eight questions about those texts. Not that difficult, but we only had 45 minutes to do that, so unlike in school, where it was absolutely ok to go back and read the text again and again, it was basically impossible to read one of the texts twice. So when the teacher said: "You got one minute left!", I was happy about filling out my last answer thingie^^

This evening I went to my university again to go and check for my results.
If you'd get at least 80% you pass and get your papers for it, and can also attend the basic course in American Studies.
From 72% up to 79%, you'd have to take a special language class, write another test in that at the end of the semester to get the papers for it.
And under 71%... well, let's say: Bummer.

So I went there, not expecting much. After all, I didn't study at all for the test (and from what I've heard on the day of the test, most people did study a frikkin lot), so I was even more surprised to see I passed and got my papers!
I don't have the exact results yet (I can get them on October 29th), but hey, I passed with at least 80%, and I couldn't be happier : )

Now I'll just hope I'll be able to go to college longer than only this one semester now...
But like I mentioned in another blog entry a couple of days ago... that's another looong story.

Here's my Happy Dance for today : )

Zoo!!!

On sunday me and my friend Tessa went to the zoo here in Munich.

Best idea ever, because sunday also happened to be the last day of Oktoberfest, so the zoo wasn't as crowded as it usually is.

I didn't take Cammy with me, and I didn't take any pictures either (my digital camera is still broken.. and yes, I'm too poor to buy a new one lol), but Tessa had her digital camera there to take some pictures of.. well, animals of course, and us, immitating the animals. Because I have awesome ideas like that : )

She also got some video footage of some of the animals, and if they ever make it to my hard drive, maybe I'll post them sometime sooner or later^^

My hero : )

So yesterday I wrote a bulletin and also a short note on my channel about looking for people who wanna be a part of one of my next videos by making some sort of intro (if you're interested and have any questions, contact me via YT or gmail!).
And my awesome friend Mike aka musosf made the funniest and sweetest thing ever for me!
That's why here's one of my favorite videos of him, and a little "Go check out his channel and subscribe"!
He totally made my day!

Thursday, October 4, 2007

Uhm yeah, wow!

Oktoberfest, Oktoberfest... What can I say?
What a night!! I went there at around 6.30pm (and sadly it got dark pretty soon after I arrived, but nonetheless I filmed a LOT!!) and had an hour to go around by myself, film and take a look at all the beer tents (they were all closed because too many people were there).
Then my cousin and his colleagues arrived, we met up and tried to find a way into at least one of the beergardens (every beer tent has a beergarden outside). Fortunately it rained a little so a few people were leaving and we finally got a table to order some beer (you're not allowed to order if you don't have a table).
And that was the moment I stopped filming^^ - well not really. But for the next hours I didn't film anything, but when we were leaving (we had to, they were closing) I took out the camera again and filmed a little, but I have refused to look at the footage until now, and I bet it's shaky, blurry and not that good camera work (I wonder why... lol).
After we left we went to another bar, had some more beer (my head is still aching, btw - and yes, I know it's been two days already) and then went to my place (at that time our little group had shrunken from 6 to 3 people) to have - yes, another beer.
And after the collaegue of my cousin left, we finally went to bed.. Not really. He went to bed, I turned on my computer [Duuh!!] to record me prattle a little about nothing. While trying to edit that video together, I gave up, almost passed out on my keyboard and finally decided to end the night for me as well.
So I got to bed at around 7 in the morning, had about 5 hours of sleep, woke up with the biggest headache ever, facing a painful day of hangover that my cousin and I spent in front of the TV, watching amazingly interesting shows like MTV Masters, a part of Happy Gilmore, and whatelse I can't remember.
And tomorrow a friend of mine comes to visit and she wants to go to the Oktoberfest again.
Oh gawd. I'll be dead.
Oooooh and the best thing is:
On monday I have to write a test in English that I have to pass with 80% to be allowed to get into my classes for American Studies. Ugh!! Great.

Anyways, I don't think my "college carreer" will last much longer... But that's another [loooong] story.

For now let me just say:
We had a blast! We met so many interesting and funny people (like the four girls from Australia we shared our table with), sang a lot of drinking songs (Duuh!) and basically just had the best time you can possibly have. It was worth all the suffering, I guess^^

And that's why I only drink 4 or 5 times a year. Oh well.

I hope to get the video together sometime this week.

Oktoberfest Update

So! I'm almost on my way to the Oktoberfest (again^^) to film there a bit and later meet up with my cousin Marc who just recently discovered my YT activities by accident O_o I still don't really know what to think about that, but oh well, what can I do : )

The weather is not as good as I hoped, actually it's pretty cold outside, or at least too cold to wear my beloved Dirndl, but here you got a little Myspace-ish angle picture of me and my Dirndl:
So that's that, now I gotta clean up a little and get ready to film a bit for you guys. Hope it turns out good, with the lighting and all, the sun is not my friend today, but I cross my fingers!!

It should be extremely crowded there today because tomorrow is German Unity Day and so probably EVERYONE will try to go to Oktoberfest this evening... *sighs* Oh well.
At least you'll get a good picture of what it looks like there when really everyone is having a good Oktoberfest time^^

Oh and a little thing for your interest:
In Bavaria, and especially in Munich, nobody says "Oktoberfest" but "d'Wiesn", because the Oktoberfest is located on the Theresienwiese -> shortform in Bavarian: d'Wiesn : )

Ok, gotta get going.
See y'all laterz ; )

Oh and it might take sometime for me to do the editing and stuff, cuz my cousin stays here until tomorrow and I don't really know when I'll be able to edit, but I'll try my best to get it done asap.

I'm outta here

...for now.

I'll be packing my stuff in a bit and get ready to leave Munich for a couple of days.
And I have a plan! Woohooo!
If I manage to get to my dad's on time so the stores are still open I'll see if I can get a tripod today, as well as some canvas and start painting as soon as possible.
I have this one painting on my mind for a long time now, and I also thought about selling it on ebay... or not. I'm not so sure about that yet, but we'll see.
So that's basically it for now, gotta get moving : )
See y'all soon!
You can write me PMs on YouTube or channel comments, cuz I have this weird internet flatrate thing on my cell phone now and it works with YT (can't watch videos there for some strange reason, but I can check in to see and reply to comments on my page and PMs). So contact me there if you want to.
Other than that:
See y'all soon! (again^^)
And would you people please stop unsubscribing?! WTF is up with that? Okok nevermind.

Oh and here's the video about the tattoo my friend got the other week (if you haven't watched it yet)

w00t

Two posts in one day. I'm on a roll, baby!!
I totally forgot to mention that last Monday me and my good friend Lena went to our tattoo and piercing studio in Rosenheim ("Heaven and Hell") to get Lena her first tattoo!
That was fun and exciting and of course I took Cammy with me to film it all : )
I'll do the editing as well and the video should be finished by sometime today or tomorrow and will be posted on Lena's account on YouTube
I didn't have money to get a new tattoo or piercing, BUT at least I finally got to buy me a plug piercing (6mm or 1/4") and it looks awesome (at least in my opinion - I know a lot of people HATE stretched piercings even more than regular ones)!!!

So that's that.
New Vlog should be posted on Thursday. See ya!!

Oh, that's new!

So again it's been awhile since my last post, and yes, I know I said I'd post more often in the near future. Didn't work out so far, but I'll try my best now.

Okies! Update time!

I recently started my first official "Subscribers thank you" tour. Before I had my little feature I normally went to every new subscriber's page and posted them a little "Thank you" comment, but after getting about 750 new subscribers in three or four days, that didn't really work. So inspired (and especially curious if it would actually work) by LisaNova, I started thanking my new subscribers on last Friday. Although I only copied and pasted pretty much the same lame comment (and I wish I could have had time for posting at least a bit more personal messages), it took me almost 7 hours to post all the comments there. I kinda feel bad about it, cuz after all, it was spam. Yeah, I said it, the bad s-word. But positive spam, if I may call it like that.
The "tour" started off as an experiment, on one hand I wanted to at least take a look at everyone's page, and also LisaNova mentioned severel times in her videos (or Danny Diamond's videos) that she did not use a spambot to write all those comments, and since I haven't seen a single channel without at least one LN comment on it, I was curious if it would actually be possible to write such an ammount of comments in a couple of days.
Considering that at that time, there wasn't such a thing as the anti-spam thingies (you know, that colorful boxes with letters and numbers in it), I still don't think it would have been possible for her to do that without a bot. Or at least 100 other people helping her.
Anyways! To make a long story short: I started the tour, then couldn't stop, and after almost 7 hours I was done, my arm hurt and my eyes burned, but it was fun though. And if you're one of my new subs and you're reading this: I meant each single word I wrote in this particular comment.

Furthermore, the Oktoberfest is starting on Saturday!! And I'm super excited (like every year) to go there, and I hope the weather on Saturday will be good, cuz we (i.e. me and my roommate.. yes. We're going there together. Oh joy.) don't wanna go to the tents (are those HUGE things even called tents?!) but to the beergarden. And it would basically just SUCK if the weather was bad on Saturday.
Anyways! I plan on making a short vlog (short. muahuahua - like THAT ever happens) about it before the weekend, and on Tuesday next week I plan to actually take you guys via camera with me and make a video from the Oktoberfest. So I hope that works out (big question: Will the weather be good on tuesday as well?).
And I really don't wanna jinx it, but AericWinter might be coming to Munich for the Oktoberfest which would be awesome and of course, if that should happen, we'll meet up.
But that's all still pretty vague. I just cross my fingers : )

Okies. There are a lot of other things on my mind right now I wanted to write about, but let's just save that for tomorrow or so^^

This is already soooo long and if you made it this far: Good job!! You'll get a gold star and a medal. Or something.

For now that's it from me.

Quickie.

Ooooook. So it all calmed down by now. That was some interesting and weird weekend, I tell ya.
So much love and hate all at the same time, and basically it was a lot of fun.
So now: On with the usual stuff.
Regular videos will be posted soon, as well as regular blog entries. But for now:

Wow.

I'm still a bit overwhelmed.

Yes!

So I'm finally back to reading. Yessum, "back" as in "I was away from that certain activity for quite some time now".
Stupid internetz and it's pleasures and addictive opportunities, it pretty much kept me from what I used to do in my free time, i.e. reading as much as possible.
My all time favorite has been is and always will be Stephen King. When it comes to story telling, that man is more than gifted, and I never came across another author who understood it so well to draw characters with words that made you believe in such a short time you'd actually know them in person.
I read a lot of different authors, but with him I could always be sure to get something amazing out of it. There are many people who look down on King and trying to convince everyone around them that he's only writing books one could read on vacation (as in: "not so deep literature you can easily read through in a short time"), but in my humble opinion everyone who says something like that has never read a single line of what he'd written.
I truely envy and admire his brilliance when it comes to telling a story and putting together the right words, and so he'll be always number one on my list.

On wednesday I bought "Lisey's Story" and it's the first book of King I read in english. Haven't read anything in english for quite some time now (well, after I finished school there was no real need for that) and getting back to that just was a wonderful experience. I'm about half through the book and it only keeps getting better from page to page.
I just hope going back to Munich and my legal and fast working internet connection won't keep me away from reading again, but I'm pretty sure it won't. Just because I got reminded on what I loved so much about books:
It's the story that counts. It's really all that simple.

Coming Home.

So tomorrow it's goodbye home town, and hello again beautiful Munich!
The time I spent here actually was quite fun, except for today when my aunt came here to visit us (we don't get along that well), and she was looking through the jewelry both of my late grandma and mother, trying to get something for herself. But with the help of my dad we were able to prevent her from actually taking something she wanted.. and so she left after painful hours of talking about extremely not interesting stuff and showing around pictures of random trips she took in the last couple of weeks. Oh families. Always fun O_O

I didn't film anything so far, maybe I will record something later, but I doubt it. Just not in the mood for being on camera, although I'd love to edit something, just for the fun of it.

Also, I'm kinda fighting with my roommate right now. Well, not an actual fight, but it will be one as soon as I get back to Munich. The last time I saw her (sunday) I had a friend over for a couple of days.. and of course my roommate acted like a total jerk again. She always does that when I have friends over, but this time it was stranger than usual.
On sunday I picked up my friend Anna from the train station and we spent most of the day at home, just because the weather was not really good (it was quite rainy) and originally we had planned to go out at night to a Beergarden, but since it rained so much the whole day, the Beergarden was closed and we just took a walk around my part of town for about three hours. That was really nice and we talked a lot about whatever you can talk about^^ And since we don't see each other very often, we had a really good time.
When we got back home, we both were extremely tired, and so we went to bed pretty early (at around midnight). And just after I said good night to my roommate, she came back into my room, asking if she could have a cigarette from me and spend some time with me (wtf?!).
So I went to the kitchen because I knew once she'd sit down on my bed I'd never get her out of my room again. Of course she followed me and immediately started to talk about whatever was on her mind. I myself was soooo tired I yawned the whole time and wasn't even really able to keep my eyes open. For once in my life I was so tired it made me mad.
To make a long story short: she talked, I listened, we both smoked a cigarette, and when I was done with mine, I told her I'd need to go to sleep now. Like seriously.
So we said good night (again!) and that was it.
Sounds pretty unspectacular, doesn't it?
The next day my roommate was already at work when Anna and I went to the supermarket to buy some groceries, but we forgot to buy dish liquid, and so when we got back home and I noticed that, I textmessaged my roommate if she could buy some dish liquid when she was on her way home.
And then she wrote back to me:
"I'm not sure when I'm gonna come home. And if you're in the same mood as yesterday, I'm not gonna hurry."

And I was like wtf what the hell does she mean with that?! Same mood as yesterday? Is she kidding me?

Confused, surprised and upset I wrote back:
"What the hell do you mean with that? Same mood? Tired?!"

And guess what that loveable girl answered me:
"What the 'hell' I mean with that? I'm so fed up with your moods sometimes.. Forget it, we'll talk about it when Anna is away."
[I'm pretty sure I'll write something about her moods here someday soon...]

And that's it. That's the last time I communicated with her, and today is friday. On monday (text message day^^) she came home at 1am, sneaked into our flat and went right to bed without saying anything. Nice, huh? And so brave. Wow. I'm really impressed.
On tuesday I left Munich to go and see my dad (and I'm still there), so we didn't see each other for quite some time now and I'm thrilled about seeing her again tomorrow.
Thrilled. Yes sure.

I really wonder what she wants to tell me, because if she starts with all that crap, there is A LOT I have to tell her. A frikkin lot. I am thinking about moving for almost a year now (and we moved in together in july 06..) but I never made that move, just because I wanna have our appartment for myself once she's finished with school and hopefully moves out, and also I always tried to be nice to her, because she's not really mentally stable and also very insecure. I always felt bad for her, because she doesn't have real friends (I wonder why..) and I think she sees me as her only true friend. Kinda sad when you think of me wanting to get rid of her for almost the whole time we lived together.
Oh well. It's gonna get interesting tomorrow, I'm sure.

And this is exactly the shit I never wanted to talk about on the internet. At least not on camera.
I love my blog ; )

Big Time Ew.

If you share a flat with someone.. You might be able to relate to this.

Top Ten Things Not To Do In A Flat Share:

#10 - Why close your door when you go to bed. It's much more chatty and open if people that don't sleep at 10pm have to be quiet as hell not to wake you up. And if they do, please be sure to be as bitchy as possible.

#9 - There is absolutely no need for putting away all your stuff you need to fix your hair with after using it. It's great when every fucking space in the bathroom is occupied by a blow-dryer, a hair straightener and a never cleaned brush.

#8 - If you buy groceries, please be sure to place them all over the fucking fridge so there is no particular order anymore. Who needs that anyways. Totally overrated.

#7 - Speaking of food: If you're buying fish marinated in the most disgustingly smelling sauce ever, why not eat it while sitting on the bed of your roommate, spilling sauce all over the place? That will be highly appreciated. Trust me.

#6 - Speaking of food part 2: If your roommate makes something to eat, be sure to tell him/her how extremely disgusting you find whatever it is, he or she is making. It's a super awesome idea.

#5 - Speaking of food part 3: Washing dishes is fun, everybody knows that. And if it's your turn to wash them, it's gonna be even more fun if you make sure nothing you just washed and dried is actually clean before you put it back in the cupboard. That way it will be such a nice surprise for the person who wants to use the plate or jar for themselves.

#4 - Taking a bath is relaxing. It's even better if you leave the bathtub dirty as hell after you took a bath. The person who wants to use the bathtub after you will be thrilled! Especially if you leave hair and dried crusty foam behind.

#3 - If you need to go for number 2.. Don't ever clean the toilet after you're done. Hygiene in the bathroom is completely overrated and nothing to be focussed on. Seriously.

#2 - Try to constantly spend time with your roommate. Textmessage or call him/her, whenever he or she is not at home, ask about where he/she is, when he/she's coming back, and what the plans are for the next day. And please don't forget to be fucking bitchy when it comes to a point where your roommate wants to have a little privacy (i.e. time off from you). That's just a no-go and should never ever be tolerated. Your roommate's only duty is to spend time with you and only you and there is absolutely no fucking way to make any excuses.

#1 - Speaking of which: Your roommate has friends besides you? Don't you let him/her get away with that! Hate on your roommate's friends as much as possible, be a total jerk when those friends are at your place so they never wanna come back again, and try to make them look bad and stupid at any given chance. Furthermore make tons of friends yourself, it doesn't even matter if you really like them or not, as long as they look good, have a lot of money and assure your place in society: They're the perfect choice! It doesn't matter if they're stupid as fuck, or absolutely uncapabale of having a real conversation. It's also a good choice to make your roommate look stupid whenever your friends are around, and at the same time try to make your roommate bond with your friends. But beware: If there might be the slightest chance of your roommate actually getting along with one of your friends, start the pissed-off-mode before you may have lost a friend to your roommate. To make yourself look more interesting, you can also go for the "Look at my freak roommate" choice. That's never a bad idea.

Adventurous Times, My Friends!

Yah ok, the title is a little bit exorbitant (yes, I just looked that word up, and I love it! - Note to self: use the word exorbitant at any given chance), but it's much more catchy (much catchier?? Damn those language barriers again..) than "Update" or crap like that.
So!
Let's see.
Featured video: The hype about it slows down and I couldn't be happier about that.
I'm still kinda shocked about how stupid people can be. And spam, oh sweet beloved spam, what would I do without you? Thanks to the feature I know now about thirty different websites that have the best porn offer on the whole internet, and also a loooot of websites that are better for nudity than YouTube. Oh thank you so so much. I'd be lost without spam.
Positive side effect: I gained about 30 subscribers in a pretty short time, but then again the channel pages of most of them looked.. let's say: suspiciously plaine. It's kinda weird to get new subscribers that signed up the same day, have nothing, absolutely NOFUCKINGTHING on their page and only one subscription plus one favorite (for the slow ones: that'd be me). But hey, everyone starts like that, am I right?
Hmm maybe. Nevermind.
The only thing I'm still worrying about is the slightest possibility of my roommate watching a single video someone sent her the link to on YouTube and she sees my video in the Director's Videos thingie on the side bar.. Chances are not very high, but oh well, I'm a little paranoid when it comes to those things.

I just finished filming, editing and sending some clips for another video collaboration I'm gonna be in in the near future and I'm really excited about it. I'm not gonna say what it's about, but it was already so much fun to record it, that I can't wait to see the edited video! It's super silly and I love it! : )

So now there are three collabs coming out soon where I'm participating in, and that's kinda the right time, because from sunday to tuesday I'm having a friend over, she doesn't know about YouTube, and I don't think I'll tell her 'bout it, and on tuesday evening I'm gonna leave Munich again to see my dad and stay there for a couple of days. Not so sure how long I'll be offline, because on wednesday he's getting surgery on his eye (they're exchanging the lense O__o) and since he doesn't have good sight on the other eye (is it just me or am I not able to use real grammar today?) I'm gonna play the nurse for a couple of days. I hope I'll be back in Munich on friday, but I'm not couting on it.
So while I'm away, there are those video collabs coming out, and I'm gonna try to make a music video while I'm at my dad's, because I just found an excellent way to get music that is licensed under the Creative Commons, and since making music videos is something I always loved to do, and I really missed it, I'll try my best to make a decent video for one of the songs I found there.

By the way: Does anybody wanna buy a piano? I have to sell mine and need a little cash^^

Hm... I think that's about it for now. Maybe I'll make a short vlog-ish video tomorrow, but we'll see, I have A LOT of cleaning up to do before Anna arrives here on sunday.

Holy Sh*t!

Uhm.
A little speechless.
I think I just got featured in the Pets & Animal category. With that boring (yah, I said it.. again!) Zoo video I basically edited for the sole purpose of editing and wasting some time.
But I really don't wanna complain. Being featured was something I always kinda e-dreamed of (yeah, I know how lame that sounds) and that I was scared of at the same time. So I think a category feature isn't too bad after all.
Of course the spamming got even worse, and I received a whole bunch of incredibly stupid comments that made me just wonder if people really watched the video or just saw the title, clicked on it and commented before watching a single second of the footage.
I also gained about 12 new subscribers in the last 24 hours, which is A LOT for me.
So what can I say? It's exciting and pretty odd at the same time.

And isn't that a nice screenshot? ; )

It is!! And since the video has ridiculously many views.. My complete video views went up from about 65,000 to over 140,000 in less than 24 hours. Weird weird internetz.

Another thing that's on my mind when it comes to YouTube these days is the infamous YouTube bug that's been around for the past week or so.
I have no idea if it's something like a virus, or how it works, but it makes your subscription number go down to 0...
You don't actually lose your subscribers, but on your page the subscriber number that is showen goes down to.. well, I already said it: o.
After applemilk1988 getting hacked and lots of accounts suspended the bug thing seems kinda pointless, but it's at least as annoying as the current Internal Server Error that might get you after you try to post a comment on a channel page. (All I'm saying is: Highly trained monkeys?? WTF are you KIDDING ME??)

Okok, so much babbling for today. Or maybe not and I'll go on with that later. Who knows. The energy drink is still flowing.
Did that make any sense at all?
Oh how should I know.

Oh btw, you wanna see some really good Pets & Animal footage? Although my latest video is kinda random and pointless, I think I got the best shots of my cat I could ever get. I'm so in love with that little furry thing, you wouldn't believe.

Soooooo.... (something like an update?!)

...I'm at my dad's. And at the moment I'm sitting in our backyard, hacked into one of our naive neighbor's internet connection *muahuahua*
Not sure how long I'll be able to be online here, but I thought I could use the time I have and write something, since my last post is from.. Uhm.. Long ago.
I just received an awesome email from some stranger on YouTube, asking for a video request. And omfg you can be sure I'm gonna use that one and some other weirdo-mails I got in the past couple of months for a future video.
What are people thinking?? The internetz - A place for friends and especially for WACKOS!!
Perverts. All together. Geez!!
Then again, what would the world be without some strange people to laugh at?? Probably.. a little less funny.

Now: YouTube stuff.
I noticed that this year seems to be more the year of collaborations then the year of big 'Tubers. This time around it's more like: "Oh, did you watch that fantastic video from [insert random username here] with guest appearences by [insert more random usernames here]???"
And you know what? I LOVE IT!
Why be satisfied with one great person, if you can have two, three or even more in one video?
Okok I know I'm repeating myself here, but I love it.
I really do.
Why am I telling you this, you ask?
I have no idea. Just wanted to post something, and since the connection is soooo slow, no videos or pictures or something like that.
Poor you.
xD

I'm afraid that's it for now.
Maybe my brain works better later. We'll see.

xoxo, Kiwi

PS: Did I tell you how much I love.. Oh nevermind.

Weltkatzentag

In honor of the official "World Cats Day" (I hope that translation works -_-) I'd like to share some of my favorite pictures of my cat.
Best buddy and my furry brother for 13 years now.
And since he lives at my dad's (100 km away from me), I miss him today even more.

=^.^=

omg please not AGAIN

Yes, that's right, I'm posting again. Chances are no one besides me and one or two people I will beg to visit my blog will read this.
Then again, I couldn't care less.
I'm bored, for Pete's sake (who is this Pete guy anyways?) and I wanna try out how to post pictures and other stuff like that here.
There!
Should I post some weird screenshots of me and Kiki while we were chatting on Skype? Or would she immediately
stop talking to me and sue me to top it?

Maybe I should have slept a little longer than three hours.
I'm gonna go to the movies tonight (interesting, isn't it?) and finally watch Harry Potter 5. I know, I know, everybody watched it besides me, so there I go, trying to catch up on the geeky cinematric culture.
Did I just make that up? Possibly.

Ok. Since my roommate just decided she wants to spend time with me (-_-) I'll stop here, won't post anymore pictures or stuff like that (maybe a video? Probably) and think I'll be back soon.

Yours boringly,
Kiwi

My Videos are here ^_^

Here we go again.

So I'm a blogger now. Great.
I usually don't blog. I vlog. Videoblog. Whatever that may mean.
This here is all new and strange and I feel the need to write something here, but then again I have absolutely no effin clue what I could possibly write that anyone would wanna read.
Kinda weird, when I think about the fact that I always considered myself as being a writer. Somehow. I always pictured myself being an author, journalist, or something similar in the nearer future. I know I'm gonna write a book one day. Maybe no one except myself will ever read it, but that's not important.
Not important as well: This posting.
What the fuck was I thinking??
Maybe I should end this little thing called "First Post" for now, leave you with my quote of the day, and try to add a video about vlogging.
Whoring my YouTube channel.
Awesomeness.

xoxo, Kiwi

Quote of the day:
"Art is an expression of who you are. Parts that I play are my sculptures." (Kim Cattrall)
[Yes, that's right. I just quoted someone from Sex & The City. How smart can I be.)
